You can browse through our website and choose the SKUs of the items you like and send them in an email to us via the Enquiry Form on this page, or email directly at stvajewls@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can request for line sheets and we can email them to you, and you can choose from there.
It takes 2-4 weeks in production once we receive the order. At the time of order confirmation, we will email you the estimated delivery date. If, however, the items are in stock, they can be dispatched immediately upon full payment.
50% of the invoice is to be paid in advance to confirm the order so that we can begin the production process. Remaining balance is payable before shipping. Items are shipped only after full payment is received. You can make the payment using any of the following methods:

Shipping is calculated based on the weight, and standard shipping charges apply. If you would like us to ship on your freight account, we can do the same. Import/ Custom duties vary according to the country, and are payable directly by you when the items are delivered to you to the carrier company.
Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your shipment if there are any defects or irregularities and we will ship the replacement to you.
