Due to hygiene reasons, the uniqueness of each piece, and to maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery once it has been sold, unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

For items damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with unboxing video as well as photos along with order details for assistance.
